Food is good, prices moderate and the service friendly. The corona measures are convincing (e.g. plexiglass separating panes). You can watch the cook (also behind glass) at work.

Sehr lecker! This place serves real authentic Thai food with an amazing twist. The fusion dishes hit the palate just right. The spiciness indication on the menu is very accurate so if you wanna try authentic Thai spicy, be prepared :)

Delicious Thai food for a very reasonable price, especially taking location into account. The staff is friendly and attentive, but not intrusive. Generally, two levels of spiciness are in the menu: one pepper (spicy) and two peppers (very spicy). Do note that you can also ask for Thai spicy — try it!

Really good Asian food for good price! The place is really big, but it is almost empty these days. The staff is not super active, may be because they have less staff (now). There is a small wait for the food as well. However, the food is amazing. They can get real spicy, do be aware. The prices are low compared to other places with similar setup and quality.

An evening like in Thailand <3 The service staff were friendly and courteous at the reception. This extended over the entire restaurant visit. The food itself tasted like in Thailand; Authentic, fresh and quickly prepared. Exceptionally delicious, price-performance ratio also very good. The portion that was not eaten was given in a sealed package. Simply perfect ? We would love to come back and can recommend Natcha without reservation.

Very nice shop, good location. Enough space, so we could still find a place on Saturday lunchtime. The service was very friendly. The food arrived quickly and hotly. Really great taste and a sufficient portion. We went home completely satisfied and full. We would like to come again.

The atmosphere is very modern (in keeping with the name). The food is served accordingly. The service is very helpful and friendly. Generally there are not as many dishes as at other good Thai restaurants in Düsseldorf. I would recommend the restaurant to anyone who likes Thai food.

Food 4/5. Food was actually good and very tasty 5/5 but the title is a bit missleading. I got a ramen but instead of a slowly shimmered brothy soup i got a very milky dense one. At least the english desc was maybe the german one is a bit better Atmosphere 5/5. Service 5/5.

Delicious food but they take so long so you have to be Patient

We were for the first time on Friday for the first time "spontaneously" eat in Natcha and are still thrilled. The staff was very friendly and attentive. From the appetizer to the dessert the food was delicious. Here you can taste, that the food freshly prepared. What we also liked was that the use of glutamate is omitted. We will be back definitely...

Good food, fair price. Place is big and understaffed, therefore service can take really long. Dont rant on staff but on managers and owner. Staff was great even under hectic pressure ..

I gave 5 stars because the taste is always good every time I ordered food from this restaurant or come to the restaurant and they are not all like original thai style like others restaurant. Overall very good mixed between original thai style and fusion thai. I had food from Natcha more than 10 times already Pad thai is recommenced!

Came here cause I found the place on google maps searching for a Thai restaurant. This one is kind of a fast food place. We didn’t stay, we decided to go elsewhere.

Something else. Very fast operation. Very well organized. But the food was not optimal for me. The vegetables were too firm for me. But that's probably how you cook in Thailand.

Today after a long time finally back in Natcha. Yellow curry ramen noodles with shrimps - ABSOLUTE CLASS !!! Highly recommended in price and quality - TOP!

Food was nice, the staff is not very kind and attentive. The service could be better, but overall it's ok.

I took Evening Menu with 3 disches and did not regret it. Already after the soup - 1st plate, I was full. The duck was dry, but Ok. Very nice souse and fresh vegetable, dishes are pretty decorated. As for the location and amount of food, the prices are fare. The personal is nice. I take -1 star for the dry duck and I did not like the long banches which makes you feel that you are in some cheap cantine.
